I understand that the purchased painting must remain in the exhibition until it closes on July 15, 2025.

I understand that the purchase price of the painting does not include shipping costs, and that the freight charge to my address must be prepaid prior to shipping. Paintings will be packed and shipped from the Lynnwood, WA facility of Phoenix Art Restoration (206-362-1145) within 3 weeks of the exhibition’s closing. Alternatively, paintings may be picked up in-person at the same facility after July 20, 2025, by appointment and with proof of purchase in hand. 

I understand that the purchase price of the painting does not include framing or shipping costs, and that freight or other charges are coordinated directly with and paid to the artist.

I understand that the artist will be given my contact information for their records and may contact me as a courtesy. The artist may not share your information. The artist may not add your information to any promotional effort without your written permission.
