Being an artist has always been my goal ever since I was little. I would play many games to inspire me, mostly Animal Jam and Club Penguin. Animal Jam always inspired me to create with their ingame tools to inspire art and creativity. I would make hundreds of characters and roleplay with many friends, which inspires my love for writing characters and giving them complex yet easily readable designs. I also watched many cartoons, which had different styles but still were animated. What truly has inspired me was getting into Warrior Cats. I would spend hours watching animated videos made by multiple people. Since this was a book series, everyone had different ways of imagining the characters– but for some reason, I always was able to understand which ones were which. Character design, storytelling, and overall the beautiful works of animation made me realize that art meant so much to me. Hours of laughing, crying, getting upset at these characters– they all made me feel so much, and I want to give other people the same experience with my own characters and work.
