When I begin a work, I have no image in mind of what I will create. I started this painting by pouring watercolor paints on watercolor paper and then stamping the painting with watercolors. When they dried, I cut out circles from self-sticking shelf paper. Then, I used the circles and different widths of removeable tape to create a design. Next, I used a darker color and a foam roller to cover the background. Then, I marbled the painting, leaving most of the design showing with little marbling on it. Lastly, I covered the background with more marbling. When the painting dried, I removed the self-sticking circles and tapes to complete my painting.
