I remember as a kid hearing Tex Ritter sing Ghost Riders In The Sky...wild images if you ever heard it! And then much later, The Doors singing their Riders In The Sky...When I got the idea for this image of the last 2 or 3 seconds of a crazy fast flat track race I'd seen at the Ascot half mile dirt track in Southern California 60 years ago, it morphed with those 2 songs and this impression spilled out on the paper.
