This is one of 16 in a series of paintings that incorporate quilts. The series started during Covid, when bed was an attractive place to hide. I began with self portraits and moved on to painting others after quarantines were lifted, always including the colorful squares of a quilt. Each painting tells a different story, but the viewer decides what that is.
