This was started from a sketch on location of one of my favorite views of Arvada’s historic landmarks. Old Town is a trendy place and the water tower anchors all the hubbub to the past nicely. I finished it up in the studio the following day. I love looking at these subjects from a location which gives a bit of a different view.
