In Brittany, In our rented French chateau, we had a private chef come each evening. He would be porting large coolers of fresh produce, local meats, and seafood as well as his culinary tools of his trade. He was a delight to watch perform his delectable magic. I wanted to catch the intensity in his look as he lovingly prepared meals for us 7 artists.
