Earth, water, wind and fire are the ancient elements of our existence. As an artist, as in this painting, I try to capture the spirit of those elements. Rural Idaho, where I grew up, experiences all of these elements at any given time. Capturing these elements in a single painting is a true challenge. This is one where I feel I have come close.
