NWWS Workshops

Northwest Watercolor Society traditionally hosts workshops twice yearly coinciding with our annual exhibitions: the Waterworks Membership Exhibition and the Annual International Open Exhibition. There are two, 2-day Waterworks workshops in the spring and one, 4-day International Open workshop in the fall.

Exceptional artists and instructors who jury the exhibitions are well known for providing high level instruction in watermedia. All are uniquely qualified and carefully vetted by NWWS in order to provide inspiring and rewarding educational experiences. We are lucky to have these enthusiastic and talented artists as our creative partners.

Registration for workshops is online and begins approximately 2 months prior to the workshop date.

Workshops are recorded and available to attendees for a period of time after the workshop.

New! In May, 2023, we are excited to add “Workshops International”, new opportunities to learn on a weekend and in a shorter number of hours. To learn more about this special program, click NWWS Workshops International
