This workshop is your chance to learn from and experience the rich, unique watercolors of Nicolas Lopez.

His very distinctive style and subject matter choice captivates and amazes you in a pictorial style of seeing the world.

Nicolas was born in Huancayo, Peru, to a family of artists. Art played an important role in his family and in his personal training. He developed skills in painting (excelling in watercolor) as well as music and the performing arts. Nicolas graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Ayacucho, Peru in 2007, and continued his painting studies, with watercolor techniques as his specialty, at the National School of Art Calors Baca Flor de Arequipa, finishing in 2013.

The Peruvian newspaper La Republica nicknamed him El Trotamundos (the globetrotter), after his work was awarded “The National Salon of Watercolor ICPNA” for the two consecutive years of 2014 and 2015.
